Realtime provides tools to stream, manage, and share live video from IP cameras or RTSP sources. Users can choose whether streams are private or publicly viewable through generated links.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate contact information (name, email, and phone number). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to stream or share:

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Copyrighted material you do not have the rights to
• Harassment, violence, or illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fair Use Policy

Our system supports a wide range of use cases. However, if your stream exceeds 5,000 concurrent views per hour, you may be contacted to switch to a custom plan. This ensures fairness and performance across all users.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your dashboard.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchasing a plan, provided your streams have fewer than 500 combined views during that period.

6. Recording & Storage

If you choose to enable recording, your video/audio streams are stored in third-party cloud storage. Only you (or viewers you authorize) can access these files.

7. Uptime & Service Availability

The Service is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee 24/7 access.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Legal & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
• You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.
